That's why we're proud to be partnering with Pink Supporters, a local volunteer group providing care, connection and practical support to people affected by cancer across our region.

From today, 10% of every Tasmanian Wool Centre branded product sold in-store and online will be donated directly to Pink Supporters.

Whether it's helping with fuel vouchers, groceries, a friendly chat or simply reminding someone they're not alone, Pink Supporters is making a real difference in our community.

Ours is woven through wool sheds, sheep paddocks, historic buildings and the people who've called the Midlands home for generations.

For more than 35 years, the Tasmanian Wool Centre has been helping share that story through our Museum, our wool shop and our connection to the community of Ross.

We're proud to be a not-for-profit organisation, created by locals and supported by visitors from near and far.

A fantastic day out in the Midlands today. I stopped by the Tasmanian Wool Centre, Ross, and caught up with Jessica and the team, and browsed their beautiful range of woollen products. A wonderful showcase of Tasmania's wool industry.

Sometimes the best stories are the ones you never see coming. 🧶

Yesterday, we had a very special surprise visit from the Roy Fagan Day Centre community in Lenah Valley.

After seeing Rug up Ross featured on the TODAY Show, the group quietly got to work creating something truly wonderful: a huge scarf made from vibrant knitted squares, ready to wrap around one of Ross' historic elm trees.

The scarf was created with the help of many hands, and these lovely ladies travelled up just to add their creation to the village... and a have a spot of lunch, naturally.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part! This is exactly what Rug up Ross is all about: community, creativity and bringing people together, one stitch at a time. ❤️
