Featuring a restored Purrey Steam Tram, one of nine tramcars and six trailers that operated in Rockhampton (1909 to 1939) and built in the 1930’s, the museum can boast its true heritage with its renovated classic trains.

This is a timely reminder for everyone - doesn't matter what level crossing it is is throughout Rockhampton or even across Queensland and Australia. If you are going through a level crossing, please stop; listen out and take it cautiously! At both Cambridge and Archer Streets - there are stop signs protecting both of these intersections. Even though there might be rail traffic heading down Denison Street during the day or night - there are also other road vehicles using the street. We do not wish to see any major incidents on these level crossings.

Come and get spooked (who knows what ghosts are hanging around); go on a spooky scavenger hunt and there are prizes to be won!
