After many years of teaching waterless lithography in workshops and studios, I’ve finally gathered the process together in a book.
Waterless Lithography explains the method step by step using recycled aluminium offset plates and a silicone resist, eliminating the hazardous materials traditionally used in lithography while retaining the beautiful tonal qualities of the medium.
The book covers plate preparation, drawing methods, image transfer, multi-plate colour printing and troubleshooting, with many examples of finished prints.
It’s now available through Amazon and I also have copies available through the Printmaking Sisters Gallery in Robertson.
I hope it will be a useful resource for artists interested in exploring this fascinating lithographic technique.
