A new gate in black and raw timber.

Jarrah and silky oak chest of draws the jarrah came from the her majesty theatre the old staircase and the silky oak was just laying around in my workshop for 20years waiting it's turn.

Here's the newest installation completed today a 60's bathroom storage make over consisting of two cabinet's and a splash back , cabinet on the left has a draw and a fall down/forward clothes hamper below draw, right hand unit also has a draw above two sliding doors both units sit on 60's legs recycled from a dressing table with brass cup feet. To tie it all together I Lacquered the two draws and splash back in a similar pastel green to match existing hand basin. The whole project revolved around the 60's architecturally designed house and owners passion for all things 60's .

My business has two main aspects the construction of and the repair and maintenance of timber products.

I work with customers to understand what they want made, their ideas on how they want it to look and turn them into functional well designed and constructed products. Some examples of timber items I have constructed include but are not limited to
bookcases - Georgian, Victorian, Danish or a modern bookcase with shadow lines
chests of drawers
wardrobes
display cases ranging from small to very large
dining tables and chairs
gates and fences
house doors internal and external
kitchen remodels
breadboards

I can produce anything i.e. you want 57 A5 cheese board's for wedding gifts or a new gate or maybe a 12' long 10' high Georgian astragal glazed door walnut bookcase or 16 ft Huon pine extension table and everything in between.

I also repair and provide maintenance to furniture and fittings (door locks, fly screens, replacing timber windows and the like) for individual pieces or multiple items when required. I recently refinished 380 pieces of furniture for a large hotel here in the heart of Adelaide. See pictures in Hotel Album.

I also undertake repair of transportation damage from transport companies.

Quoting for all types of insurance repairs welcomed.

You name it I have made or repaired it, covering every house hold item that can be repaired from the old antique to the just bought brand new today article from your local shop.

It can all be done, I have never refused a job and don't aim to start.

This is a snap shot of a large refinishing project that involved repolishing and restoring the tops of furniture for a hotel.The job consisted of 15 large dining tables, 55 small dining tables, 71 desks, 71 coffee tables and 172 bedside tables. All items were in used condition with a few stains and the usual nocks and dents you'd expect from a hotel. This job was completed by refinishing 40 to 50 pieces per two day period so as to not affect on the number of rooms that could be let too much.

These pictures include various items I have designed and made, some have been made for a specific spot or purpose others have been copied and modified or just replicated. The items pictured include a butlers kitchen, egg cups, bread boards, hall tables, a quality fence or gate and a lectern, Huon pine display case made for Tim Flannery and all sorts of large to small items that people all needed made to fit that spot or do that job.

This is a fully functioning court room setting I was commissioned to design, build and install in an upstairs classroom, the brief was, I want it to look like a real court room.
I think we achieved that.
