I found a clue to two lost children in Kalgoorlie, 1911: ... In August 1911, two young children — Belinda Lavina Geddes (5) and Laurie Kathleen Geddes (3) — went missing from Chadwin, a small settlement on the Kurrawang woodline near the 61‑Mile camp.... A bit mysterious, father could be.. Andrew James Geddes
Birth ABT 1878 • Moama, New South Wales, Australia.
Death 25 DEC 1939 • Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, Australia. and mother= Annie Doris Dwyer: Birth 1880 • Victoria, Australia.
Death 5 JANUARY 1932 • Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, Australia.
So I cant find a marriage; or further back; I then found Belinda to be... Mapleton Belinda Lavina Geddes. ..
Birth 02 APR 1906 • Perth, Western Australia, Australia.
Death 19 SEP 1994 • Kensington, Western Australia, and sister = Laurie Kathleen Geddes. Birth ABT 1908 • Perth, Western Australia, Australia, who went on to be a bar maid in Perth in 1939. so another mystery to solve , cheers, Les.

I found a ref to gold mine: "Alf Heaton and Joe Hollows, visited Southern Cross , WA, in 1924. They also found gold, and after two months prospecting discovered a payable lode." they... "Heaton and Hollows took off to prospect in the nearby Forrestania region. While out there, Hollows died, aged 54, of a stomach ulcer. He had spent 25 years prospecting the Yilgarn and Kundip areas, and served during World War One. "
So I managed to find out more about him:
Joe Joseph Henry Hollow
Birth 1874 • Eldorado, Victoria, Australia
Death 20 SEP 1928 • Yilgarn, Southern Cross, Western Australia:

Parents = Joseph Hollows 1841–1918 and
Eliza Jane Oates 1851–1873 were Redruth, Cornwall, England pioneers to Australia.
and no wife or family.
Being ANZAC week I also found = World War 1 Service = 31 Jan 1916: Involvement Sapper, 2382, Mining Corps.
He may of had a brother in Eastern States. cheers, Les:
His tree name = "a Gold prospector of WA for Joe Hollows Family Tree" in ancestry.
