Medical History Museum, University of Melbourne The Medical History Museum at the University of Melbourne is the oldest and finest collection of its type associated with a Medical School in Australia.

The Museum was established in 1967 by Kenneth Russell, a professor in anatomy, with support from the Wellcome Institute, London. The Museum covers the history of the Melbourne Medical School and the broader history of medicine in Australia and overseas.
