This is an anorak belonging to my customer who worked at the Halley Bay research station in the Antarctic from 1969-1971. Quite a large arrangement in a 3” deep frame and 5 feet x 3.6 feet overall size. It has a wolverine fur liner around the hood to hold the ice away from his face in the -40 deg Celsius conditions.
