Expression of Interest

Do you own a DSLR camera? I know you thought you would jump on the digital camera revolution and paid a lot of money for it, then when you get it home you realise you can only use it in automatic mode because you don't understand what the buttons do..?

If I could teach you how to use the camera in a couple of hours and understand what each button does, would you be interested in doing my Introduction to digital photography course.?

Did you answer “Yes” to one or both questions and live close enough to Mount Morgan to attend one of my courses.?

Ok, I am a professional photographer with over 35 years of experience. I have photographed over 1000 weddings all over the world, worked on cruise ships, and worked for Canon Australia as a technical expert on digital cameras.
The last 10 years have been devoted to teaching, I have had over 1500 students through my courses in Brisbane including adults and children from 10 years old.

If you would be interested in dusting off the camera bag, charging the batteries and popping in a memory card, you are now ready to come to one of my courses at the Mount Morgan Arts Precinct and finally learn to create images you will be proud of.

Nicholai von Tonslamann is an incredible talent, and his collection of work is impressive! He has supported the community for a long time in many different ways from donation of time and energy, allyship, art, music and the creation of Shiva Mandir Friends of Mount Morgan Temple. Winter is beautiful in the Mount, well worth the 35 minute scenic drive up to visit. Our gallery has beautiful art and new stock, and the local shops have lots of cool stuff to delight!
