Congratulations to artist David Fooks on the launch of his stunning new series on Sunday, 'Mount Synthesis'. It was a gorgeous day in our cosy gallery with support from a wonderful arts community. Thank you to all for attending.

David Fooks Art & Design will be on exhibit until the end of January so be sure to pop into the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens (RTBG) over the summer and immerse yourself in the beautiful sounds and visuals created by Fooks.

Hello! Our little gallery will be graced with a stunning new exhibition from this Sunday 11th November by local artist Steve Lovegrove and his series, 'Perfect Imperfect', the beauty of death, decay and accident.

'Perfect Imperfect' is an exhibition of wet plate collodion images, a process from the early 1800’s, depicting a collection of images made from fauna and flora, made either directly onto aluminium plates or inside vintage tins.

All artworks will be available for purchase, with Steve also taking commissions for hand crafted, one-off pieces.

Come and check it out, hidden underneath The Succulent restaurant in the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens (RTBG).
