Merredin Fine Arts Society A group of artists from Merredin and surrounding districts who meet each Thursday and Saturday to enjoy each others company while pursuing their love of art.

Merredin Fine Art Society was formed on the 16th October 1968 at a meeting at the Merredin Women's Amenities Centre. In 1978 we found a home at the Merredin Railway Museum where we have been until moving to our new home at the old town library in Queen St. in 2018. What makes this Art group special is the fact of it being a group of artists who meet each Thursday and Saturday morning to share thei

r love of art and to help and encourage each other in their endeavors to learn and appreciate their surroundings through art. Members regularly enter Art Exhibitions both locally and in surrounding Districts. Workshops are held at times by visiting Artists to enable members to learn different techniques and ideas. New members are always welcome!

Applications for the Community Funding Program - Annual Grant are due by 12:00pm AWST tomorrow.

This Grant is for projects/events seeking cash funding, in-kind contributions, or fee waivers up to the value of $10,000 (ex GST) per financial year.
