Had success with aluminium cans, but took a lot of cans for one ingot! Plus the amount of scum from the print on the can...

Had success with aluminium cans, but took a lot of cans for one ingot! Plus the amount of scum from the print on the can and the liner inside!
So thought we would try copper!

Also from the Forge the official stamp of the Linton . Victory Gold Mine.
Also a fire hose possibly from Linton CFA. Neil Wishart who built and ran the forge was a founding member, and I believe the first Captain. He was also burned in a fire at the Linton Bakery.
When the Forge moved more into engineering we have a tap from a tap and die set marked Wishart Bros..
