What a fantastic day at the museum! 😊

Our young visitors became history detectives as they explored old photographs of the local area, searching for clues to identify where they were taken. They looked closely for buildings, trees, and landmarks that still exist today.

The curiosity continued throughout the museum as they investigated objects in an old school case and uncovered interesting artefacts in the displays. It was wonderful to see so many questions being asked and so much enthusiasm for local history! 🤩

Volunteers at the Camden Haven Museum were pleased to welcome representatives from the Camden Haven Chamber of Commerce, who recently conducted an accessibility audit of the museum.

The visit forms part of the Chamber’s new accessibility initiative, which aims to support local businesses and organisations in improving access and inclusion across the Camden Haven.

We are committed to making the museum as accessible as possible so that all visitors can enjoy and experience our local history.
