Our volunteers do a wonderful job decorating our Museum window. This window commemorates Anzac Day and the sacrifices of our service men and women.Lest We Forget 🇦🇺

Our Museum is being gurneyed and if the weather holds it will be painted.. will post the photos once completed..our almost 100 year old building is so deserving of this facelift.

Feast of the Senses is up and running today despite the overcast weather. Our Museum is also open so don't forget to call in for a visit while looking around the stalls at the Feast.

Our Museum will reopen for visitors on Monday 2 February 2026. Our usual opening hours of 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. Saturday will apply from Monday.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE
To give our volunteers a chance for a break and to allow for some projects to be carried out behind closed doors our Museum will be closed from Monday 8 December 2025 and will re-open at 10.00 a.m. on Monday 2 February 2026.
Should any visitors to Innisfail wish to have a look through the Museum during the closure period please contact either our President Trish on 0402 345 100 or our Secretary Lynn on 0418 8229 387 and they will make every effort to accommodate a visit.

OLD FAMILY PHOTOS
If you know of anyone who has recently donated a filing cabinet to a local charity shop they may have inadvertently left some old family photos in it. Some of the photos date back to the Nineteenth Century.
