Growing creativity in Hopetoun ✨

At Hopetoun's Power House Arts Studio, a dedicated team of local volunteers has already built impressive foundations for creativity and connection in their community.

Through RAV’s Community Presenters Mentorship Program, they’re now working with arts and cultural project manager and producer Loraine Little to build on that work, strengthening their programs, partnerships and confidence along the way.

The goal? To help Power House Studio continue to be a welcoming place where people of all ages can connect, create and be inspired.

Originally opened in 1913 as Hopetoun’s power supply, the beautifully restored Hopetoun Power House now offers visitors a modern and comfortable accommodation space located in the heart of Victoria’s Silo Art Trail.

The facility accommodates up to four guests including one queen-sized bed and one fold-out sofa located in the open plan living area. The modern kitchen, living and dining space is surrounded by stunning heritage features including original brickwork, windows and timber ceiling-trusses.

Located only a short walk to local shops, Lake Lascelles and sporting venues, it's the perfect place to set up camp and explore the Mallee.
