Markree House and Garden is excited to be part of Open House Hobart 2025. We will be open on Saturday the 8th of November from 10am to 3pm.
Come along and enjoy this time capsule from the Arts and Crafts movement.

Markree House and Garden will be closed for the Christmas break from tomorrow (18th December) reopening on the 1st of February through to the 29th of April on Saturdays or on other days by appointment.

Once again Markree House and Garden will be part of Open House Hobart this year. A hidden gem in the middle of Hobart, built in 1926, the house, collection and garden all reflect the influence of the Arts & Crafts Movement. Markree will be open on Saturday the 12th of November for this wonderful event highlighting some of Hobart's most interesting houses and buildings.

Markree House and Garden will be open this Saturday, the 15th of October from 10am to 4.30pm. Spring has sprung and it is time to come along and enjoy the beautiful Arts and Crafts House and Garden that is hidden in the middle of the city of Hobart. An absolute gem not to be missed. Entry is $10 Adult, $8 Concession and $5 Child.
