Hastings and Western Port`s own local museum - including displays of early fishing equipment, a 40lb Armstrong Gun, Pioneer Cottage and a boat model of the "Myrtle Burgess" and even a "Dad`s shed".

The Hastings Museum will be open on Saturday 28 February from 11am to 2pm. and Sunday 1st March from 2 - 4 pm.

Come and have a look at the SLOCOMBE family display.
The Slocombe family has a long-standing history in Tyabb, spanning multiple generations with significant involvement in local agriculture, sport and community service.

The Museum has been asked if we know the date the Hastings Tennis Club was first established. I haven't searched our records so far but and not sure if we have any but if anyone knows the date and has information that they could share with us, it would be greatly appreciated. The Tennis club has a couple of dates and would like to confirm one of them.

HASTINGS HALL MOSAICS:
The Hastings Museum is seeking information on the two mosaics that are/were out on the front of the Hastings Hall.
If you have any information about them we would appreciate an email to [email protected].
With hall going through renovations we are keen to try and preserve the mosaics.
