We meet every Monday 9am - 12pm and Wednesday 6.30 pm - 9.30 pm to Spin, Dye, Felt, Weave, Knit and Crochet at the Salvation Army Church on Stumm Rd, Southside.

NEW WORKSHOP
How to weave ‘floats’ in colourwork knitting. This is a traditional Isle of Skye style of knitting, where the second colour that usually ‘floats’ across the back of the knitting is woven into the garment as it is knitted. This is useful when knitting socks because there are no long floats of yarn to snag toes. The workshop will be held on Saturday 13th September from 10am – 2pm at the Gympie Regional Art Gallery, 39 Nash Street Gympie and will be taught by Jeannette Curtis, one of our members. Tea and light snacks will be available.
Cost will be $20 for members and $30 for non members.
