Surrounded by fencing for the contractors Colgan to get on and do their job
Shelves have been moved into the shed so as soon as we get the keys we will start setting up our gallery in the large green shed. It will be tight in there but so worth it when the house is ready.

The contractors have taken over the house, ready for her restoration…she’s earned it after 104 years!
Fences are around the building and no access now until it’s finished.
We are hoping to get the keys to shed where we will be trading from in a few weeks time….watch this space.

We have been very busy packing up the gallery and sorting through things that have been held onto for 44 years. They’ve served us well, but looking forward to a bright, newly renovated gallery in the near future.
We closed for renovation on Wednesday, but will be trading from our revamped entry in the large green shed, approx mid June, but may be sooner.

A huge day today with the shed (soon to be our gallery), being cleared out ready for some floor sealing and kiln removal. Will show before and after two truckloads.
Also some pics of the original laundry which is also going to be renovated same time as the house.
OUR LAST DAY TRADING FOR NOW WILL BE 20th MAY, SOON TO REOPEN AT THE REAR OF THE COTTAGE.

UPDATE….more progress on the kiln shed. The verandahs are on and waiting for the roof. Busy bees are happening from next week with a lot of packing up to go.

Exciting things are happening at the Pottery! A brand new building is being built to house our two electric kilns
The large shed is packed and ready to go into storage. When the floor is repaired we will set up our gallery in our shed studio. WATCH THIS SPACE.

We will be closed today to honour ANZAC Day.

A day to pause, reflect & remember the service and sacrifice of so many.

For those attending locally, the Guildford service will be held at 9:00am in Stirling Square, Meadow Street, honouring the service personnel of our local community.

We’ll be back open on Sunday and look forward to seeing you then ♥️
