The Goondiwindi Art Space will be open from 5pm this Friday night, showcasing our next exhibition, “Happy & Healthy!” 🎨

Once you’ve had a browse and enjoyed the artwork created by talented Goondiwindi, Boggabilla and Toomelah students, head down the laneway to join the annual Lanescape Goondiwindi Festival for a wonderful evening filled with art, music, food and plenty more!

Come along, support our local creatives, and enjoy a fantastic night out in Goondiwindi!

Friday night plans sorted!

Start your evening at the Goondiwindi Art Space from 5:30pm for the opening night of “Gathered”. Browse the beautiful new collection and enjoy a light refreshment.

Then, make your way down to Border Brewing Co. for Goondiwindi Young Guns “The Hidden Tap” with live music, specialty cocktails, dancing and a guaranteed night of fun. 🍸

Our next exhibition is an exciting one!
Introducing "Gathered" by mother and daughter, Vanessa and Lais Perske.

Gathered is a collection inspired by the simple moments that bring us together, morning coffees, family recipes, fresh flowers, long lunches and conversations around the table.

MEET THE ARTIST – Heather Roy 🏺

Based in Silver Ridge, just outside Toowoomba, Heather Roy has been creating with clay since her early twenties. After completing a Diploma in Ceramics with high distinctions, she exhibited her work in galleries and shops along Australia's east coast before taking time away to raise a family.

Now back at the pottery wheel, Heather creates for the joy of it, exploring techniques such as majolica, sgraffito and slip trailing, often finishing her unique pieces with 22-carat gold lustres.

We're delighted to feature Heather's beautiful ceramics in our exhibition, on display until 15 August.
