Happy Family History Month!

When it comes to family history research, there are all kinds of resources available to learn more about your ancestors and the time they lived. But have you ever considered oral history recordings?

Our Special Collections Research and Support team has created a list of our oral history collections that can enrich your family history research.

Beautiful crisp morning. Lots of local history waiting to be discovered here at the museum by vistors and locals alike.

Our Museum was busy last week with visits from 2 local schools to look at our history. On Wednesday we welcomed Dungog High School Inclusion and Support students and staff and on Friday students and staff from Martins Creek Public School. Thank you.
Our members love having school and vacation care groups visit to look and learn about our history. We have activities for children to do to make it a fun learning experience when they walk through our doors.
