Busy day with lots of visitors last Saturday. In between assisting with enquiries our members are progressing with the changeover of our display room. Our Opening will be held on the evening of the Dowling Street Christmas Fair in late November. So watch out for that.

Beautiful crisp winters morning in Dungog today. Clear blue sky. Lovely weather for a day out.
The Museum will be open at 10am till 2pm today so call in.
Lots to do in town. Cafes will be buzzing, retail shopping is great and the community markets are happening.

Just a reminder that the Dungog Museum is open every Saturday 10am till 2pm and whatever the weather throws our way it doesn't matter. Lots of local history all under cover.

Our volunteers have been busy with organising, photographing, scanning and updating our data base so that the Museum Collection is easy for our members to access. We get lots of family history enquiries and property enquiries and the more we can get on the data base the better. We get waylaid of course when we find some amazing information that comes to light. But that is what keeps us going.
