The studio and garden are just about ready for the Nannup Garden Festival, which starts this weekend.
Tomorrow afternoon I will be running the forest fused glass workshops. Spectators are welcome to come and see the participants creating garden ornaments.
The studio and garden will be open every day over the two weekends and during the week

I'm getting excited about the Nannup Garden Festival. Tulips are beginning to bloom and the monarch butterflies are arriving in droves.
My studio will be open every day over the festival so I look forward to lots of visitors wandering around the garden and looking at the glass art.
I will be running glass fusing introductory workshops on Friday 7th and Friday 14th August. No experience necessary. Participants will create decorative plant spikes/ labels and garden ornaments.
Places are limited to 8 participants so book early on the website

Blackwood River Art Trail at Nannup.

Time for a total reorganisation of the studio in preparation for the Blackwood River Art Trail that starts NEXT WEEK.
So excited to set my glass art up on freshly painted walls with the plinths Will made for me

I sat in my studio this morning to plan where to now!
First - clear out surplus items from the storage area and organise what remains.
Second - reorganise the gallery space to make way for the new plinths that my husband has constructed
Third - Make the studio look and feel more like a beautiful space to showcase my creations..and do this before the Blackwood River art trail over Easter!!!!

Thank you to all the people who came to see STRONGER TOGETHER exhibition and for your lovely comments. A special thank you to those who came on Thursday to pick up their purchases to take home pieces from the exhibition. Dismantling it on Friday was both sad and invigorating. My companions and fellow artists through this journey, Diana Neggo and Catherine Meads, will be lifelong friends from our collaboration in this venture.
