The Cobargo Creators Centre Cobargo Creators Gallery is the home of Cobargo Creators. Located in the heart of Cobargo, NSW The Art Bank is always accessible during Gallery opening hours.

The Cobargo Creators Centre is the home of the Cobargo Creators - a sustainable, not for profit group established to help build Cobargo and surrounds through creativity. Cobargo Creators primary activity is the member artist Gallery, managed by dedicated volunteers. The Gallery showcases unique, beautiful, handmade works of art and craft. It is a place where ideas, knowledge, skills and enthusiasm

are shared between members and with visitors. Funds generated from the Gallery are returned to contributing artists and to the community. Other initiatives include a creative workshop programme; annual members' exhibition; the very popular 8xEight exhibition, and the much loved Celebrate Cobargo festival. A recent initiative is the Art Bank - a room full of donated art and craft supplies for the local community to use as they wish, free of any charge. If you would like to support the Cobargo Creators, become a member. Adult membership is $60 a year, whilst Saplings (under 18 years) enjoy free membership. Why not purchase something special from the Gallery, make a donation, attend our activities, volunteer, or simply share information about our creative happenings. We would love to see you soon. A NEW EXHIBITION in our Gallery.

It called “Black and White, with a Splash” and has a bit of everything - textiles, ceramics, collage, painting, fabric art - the responses to this theme from members and guest artists are so imaginative!

Open - Mon-Tues 10am-2pm or Saturday morning from 9am. Do pop in - our lovely volunteers are waiting to welcome you.

Our BLACK & WHITE with a SPLASH exhibition is up and running with an amazing collection of mixed mediums. Photography, ceramics, collage, encaustic wall art, unique jewellery, amazing felting, beautuful weaving and quilting plus knitted, crotched, handsewn material framed collages, hand painted repurposed furniture, ink drawings framed, garments and silk pieces plus more... All pieces are beautiful, unique and created by our talented members and non members . Gallery is open at 10am today drop in for a look and a chat .

BLACK & WHITE WITH A SPLASH....Cobargo Creators Gallery next exhibition running 8th August until 3rd September 2026.

We are inviting everyone, members and non members to come and join in to create one or two items following the theme of "Black and White with a Splash" of any medium it could be a splash of colour, texture, wool, timber, paper, ceramic or anything that excites and gets your creative juices flowing.

Entries are limited to 2 per person cost $5 each for non members and free for Cobargo Creators members.

Pop in to the gallery for an entry form during opening hours Sunday to Friday 10 to 2, Saturday 9 to 1pm , we would love to see lots of entries and see where this theme takes our local creatives.

Entries to be delivered by Tuesday 28th July, guidelines for the exhibition are on the entry form.
