πŸ’› 30 Years Through Jo’s Eyes πŸ’›

When people talk about 30 years in business, they often focus on the milestones, the achievements and the growth.

But behind every small business is a story of long days, hard work, sacrifices, laughter, challenges and determination.

In this video, Jo reflects on the last 30 years of Dreamtime Kullilla-Art β€” the journey, the memories and what it has meant to be part of building a family business that shares culture with the world.

Thirty years hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been worth every moment.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. This milestone belongs to all of you too πŸ–€πŸ’›β€οΈ

πŸŽ‰ 30 Years of Dreamtime Kullilla-Art πŸŽ‰

Thirty years ago, this journey began with a vision to share culture through art.

Over the years, there have been challenges, lessons, achievements and countless memories. Through it all, one thing has remained the same β€” a commitment to culture, community and storytelling.

In this video, Michael reflects on what 30 years in business means, the journey so far and the people who have helped make it possible.

To everyone who has supported us along the way β€” thank you. Your support has helped us grow from a dream into a proudly Aboriginal-owned and operated business that continues to share culture with people across Australia and beyond.

30 years is more than a milestone. It’s a reminder of where we’ve come from and excitement for where we’re going next.

We are so grateful to everyone who used our bush tucker to reflect, connect, and learn about Indigenous culture on National Sorry Day. Seeing these beautiful smiles from Cooee Lodge Aged Care enjoying our Lilli Pilli Jam truly makes our day deadly.

Today, May 26, marks National Sorry Day, a deeply significant time to reflect on our history, honour the strength of Stolen Generations survivors, and commit to the ongoing healing process.

First held in 1998, this day marks the anniversary of the landmark Bringing Them Home report being tabled in Parliament. This inquiry exposed the devastating impacts of past government policies that forcibly removed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children from their families and communities throughout the 20th century.

While separate from Prime Minister Kevin Rudd’s formal National Apology on February 13, 2008, National Sorry Day reminds us that saying "sorry" is just the beginning. We cannot fix the problems of the present without accepting the truth of our past. Let's listen, learn, and take action toward true healing❀
