Calliope River Historical Village PCHS Inc Historical Village has buildings and displays back to yesteryear. The Village & Kiosk open 9 to 3 most days, for snacks, barista coffee, scones. Pet friendly.

CLOSED Wednesdays, & Saturdays. So much history! Qld Rail, School, Church, Slab Hut, cottages. Country Markets, Weddings and Events are held throughout the year. Whole Grounds, Sheds, Church and Halls are for hire for weddings, christenings, parties and meetings.

September 13th is fast approaching. It's a beautiful month for a market so let's make the most of it at the Calliope Historical Village.
Look out for the many new stalls whom we welcome aboard.
Don't forget BRING CASH and kids need closed in shoes if riding train.
So many food or food related outlets so none of us will starve.

Well Bobby. Our heart is heavy as the news of your passing filters through. Condolences to all your family. You've been such a reliable piece of the furniture around the Historical Village and so many other community endeavours. Very little slowed you down and you were always a willing wealth of knowledge. We thank you for your enduring support through so many years behind the PA system and working with so many committees.
Anyway, I hope you're having a 'Whole Stack of Fun' but resting easy.

Thank you everyone, the bookings for September 13th Market at the Historical Village are looking wonderful!
Don't forget to remind your friends and followers to BRING CASH!
Getting lots of new stalls and plenty of regulars. Clever craft, and a large range of clothing, sewing and crochet never disappoints.

September 13th is our upcoming Market at the Village.
Beautiful time of year. Bring the kids for a day out, bring all the family!
Don't forget closed in shoes for the little train. And make sure to visit the Model Train Display for the young and young at heart.
There's also a jumping castle, face painting and petting zoo plus lots more.

Here we go! September 13th is our next market at Calliope Historical Village. Please bring CASH!
Lots to see and do. Stall sites are filling really fast.

Jumping on here to address our present closing days.
Unfortunately we are still having to close on Wednesdays and some Saturdays due to stretching our volunteers at the moment.
We value each and every one of them and know that we are not alone in the struggle to keep these little places staffed. We also know that it will improve.
Thank you for your understanding and apologies for anyone who makes the trip into our venue and has found us not open.

If riding trains please wear closed in shoes.
Also take kids n the big kids to see the tiny Model Train's in the railway museum., run by Gladstone District Model Rail Group and pop in on the lovely crew down at the Petting Zoo.
