🐇 VOLUNTEERS WANTED – BREMER VALLEY GALLERY EASTER MARKET 🐇
📍 Callington Memorial Hall

💪💪💪 We need some muscle 💪💪💪
to help set up a marquee & move tables & chairs in the morning & also to help with packing up at the end of the day.
We’re looking for a handful of friendly, community-minded volunteers to help us on the day of our Easter Market — and to become a Friend of the Gallery Market 💛
It sounds like a lot on paper, but in reality it’s a relaxed, enjoyable day with plenty of chatting, smiling and helping people have a great experience.
🌿 What you might help with:
• Setting up tables & chairs
• Helping stall holders get settled
• Assisting with marquees & buskers
• Welcoming visitors as they arrive
• Helping visitors find stalls, music, coffee & the Easter Egg Hunt
• Assisting at the craft table
• Helping supervise the Easter Egg Hunt 🐣
• Giving stall holders short breaks
• Helping with bump-out, tidy-up & pack-away
You won’t be doing everything — we work as a team, and tasks are shared so everyone can enjoy the day.
