In A Pickle at My Notes From!

I caught up with the lovely Paula from In A Pickle this morning to get some more stock for the shop. There are some lovely new flavours of Jams (think Apple Pie Jam and Carrot Cake Jam) as well as sauces, relishes, chutneys and dip mixes.

In A Pickle is based in Junee and is a family-owned business. At its heart, In A Pickle Preserves has always been about more than what’s inside the jar. It’s about kitchen table conversations, the laughter shared over a meal, and the quiet pride that comes from making something with your own two hands.

It’s about the people who have supported them from the very beginning — the locals who stopped by their first market stall, the families who bring their jars to their own tables, and the friends who’ve become part of their story along the way.

My Notes From Gallery, Studio & Store is open from 9am to 4pm Wednesday to Saturday.

🌞 We’re Back from Holidays! 🌞

After an amazing break filled with travel, adventures, delicious food, and making wonderful memories, we’re excited to be back and ready to get cooking!

The pots are bubbling, the jars are waiting, and it’s time to get back to creating all your favourite homemade jams, pickles, relishes, chutneys, sauces, dip mixes and BBQ rubs.

Thank you for your patience while we were away. We’re now catching up on orders, restocking shelves and getting ready for another flavour packed season.
