The Maud Street Photo Gallery The Maud Street Photo gallery is a prime photographic space in Brisbane. It is part of Queensland Centre for Photography.

The studio/ gallery was born out of an appreciation of fine art photography and it is a space to come to enjoy, admire and get creative. The aim is to provide space for creative individuals to display their work in a fine art gallery environment, showcasing works of award-winning photographers, as well as supporting new and emerging talents. Maud Creative is proud to exhibit their work in a moder

n style gallery equipped with touch screen technology to assist in search for further information abut the exhibiting artists and their work. Welcoming seating is provided throughout the gallery to encourage quiet contemplation of the displayed art. The size of the gallery is suited for exhibitions of approximately 30 – 40 medium size images. Whilst there are permanent displays in the gallery, it also hosts short-term guest artist exhibitions from time to time. The studio is set up in a warehouse-style production facility including dedicated video editing suite, dark room and a lounge area with small art library.

2025 is all wrapped up ...

To everyone who visited, exhibited, volunteered, or simply cheered us on—thank you. Your support means everything.

We’re closing from Dec 19 until end of Jan 2026, but we’re not slowing down. In the new year, we’ll launch THE PHOTO/SHOP (online + weekends only), keep our workshops rolling, and still host thoughtful exhibitions while our neighbourhood evolves.

Here’s to adapting, creating, and continuing—together.
