By agreeing to these terms and conditions you take full responsibility to the details given on the order form, detailing a clear and full description of what you want to order, and if the end result is not what you wanted, Alicia can be contacted to make changes, but if the changes require the piece to be re-done you will be charged extra for the amount need
ed for a replacement same size canvas, and need to wait a reasonable amount of time for the work to be redone how you would like, with more clear detailed requests. By ordering a painting, you agree for Alicia Kate to proceed painting your desired work, and if for any reason you change your mind, you understand that if the piece has been started, you are still obligated to pay full price, for the work, as agreed by the order form, less delivery. You understand that each order made to Kitty In The City will receive a quote, and if not agreed to the work will not go ahead. If you decide to make changes to the agreed work you chose, but the painting process is too far gone to implement those changes, you will still be obligated to pay the full amount agreed upon in the ordering process, less delivery. You agree to be contacted by Alicia about your order, so as she can have a clear and precise vision of what you are looking for, and agree to respond to said contact, to make sure your art work is as suited to your desired vision as possible. If clear descriptions are not given, Alicia has the right to disregard your order until such time as she has a clear understanding of what kind of art you are wanting. You understand that by ordering a Kitty In The City artwork, you are obligated to pay the agreed amount from the quotation given by email or in person, after your order has been made. You are free to back out of your order if
- You have contacted Alicia directly, through her Facebook Alicia Kate Art page / Face to face / Over the phone. AND
- You have contacted her via email at [email protected]
AND
- She has not yet started the painting process from your order. AND
- Got a response and agreed to the cancellation of your order. By cancelling your order, please understand that if the work has not been started, and you have had confirmation of cancelling your order, you will be refunded of any payment made for the order being cancelled, and are very welcome to place another order.
