We’ve been overwhelmed with the response so far. Literally hundreds of entries received!

We’d still love even more postcards. So the good news is, you’ve now got another week to create, make and enter.

Let’s make our 15th year of Plethora of Postcards our biggest exhibition ever.

Friday 5th June 4pm is now the last and final opportunity for you to get your entries submitted.

This year’s Categories:
Submit postcard-sized artworks, any theme, in your age category:
Junior: under 12yrs, Youth: 12yrs up to (but not including) 18yrs, and Adult: 18yrs and over

Submit 3-dimensional artworks with a postcard-sized base, any theme, in the 3D category.

Or, enter in one of this year’s special categories:
‘15 years … a continuous thread’ to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the ‘Plethora of Postcards’ Exhibition and ‘In the Garden’.

Entry Conditions
1. Postcard entries must be the original work; copies of originals are not accepted
2. Digital prints, photographs and artificial intelligence (AI) generated artworks are not accepted.
3. Maximum number of entries per artist is ten (10)
4. Any medium welcome and encouraged
5. Size of artwork
a. 2-dimensional postcards must be A6 (10.5cm x 14.8cm)
b. 3-dimensional postcards must be built on an A6-size base and not extend outwards but
could go vertically up. No height restriction.
c. Entry Fees (per postcard entry): Adult: $6, Youth: $2, Junior: $1

It’s nearly time and our little gallery will once again be bursting with art and colour and fun and postcards! It’s our 15th year of this amazing exhibition and we’ve got two special categories - A Continuous Thread and In The Garden.

Just a few days left to create your postcard-sized artworks for the Plethora of Postcards Exhibition at Spiral Gallery with submissions due on Friday 29th of May.

We are incredibly honoured to share that Spiral Gallery received the Highly Commended Award in the Hospitality & Tourism category at the 2026 Bega Customer Service & Business Awards, organised by Bega Chamber of Commerce. ✨ a fantastic event! Congratulations to the entire team involved.

Spiral gallery exists because of the passion, generosity and dedication of our volunteers, our supportive members, dedicated artists, and our community, who continue to give their time and energy to keep the arts thriving in the Bega Valley.

To be acknowledged alongside so many wonderful local businesses is truly special.

Thank you to everyone who visits our exhibitions, attends workshops, supports local artists, and champions creativity in our region.

Congratulations to the other nominees in our category (Red Café, Flight Centre, Mal’s Pizza Bite) and the winner, Bega Cheese Heritage Centre.

The Bega Chamber of Commerce and Industry hold this bi-annual event which brings together the best in business and community to celebrate excellence in customer service.

Established in 1997, Spiral Gallery is a cooperative run entirely by volunteers, so this recognition feels especially meaningful.

Key Dates
Delivery of artwork and Label B due: Friday 29th of May.

Delivery of artwork during opening hours (Mon-Fri 10-4 and Sat 10-1) at Spiral Gallery, 47 Church Street in Bega, or via mail to Spiral Gallery PO Box 525, Bega NSW 2550.

Artwork must be received by Spiral Gallery with Label A attached to the back of each postcard entry, and with Label B (Inventory Form) by 29th of May.

Entry fees to be paid at Spiral Gallery cash or EFTPOS on delivery of artworks or deposited in the Spiral Bank Account, with the reference: ‘PC’ + your name
Exhibition: Friday 12th of June – Tuesday 7th of July
Collection of Artworks: 10th July – 24th of July

Lightweight 2D postcards can be returned by post if a stamped addressed envelope is included with the entry.
