🌏 A little piece of world history, right here in Bauple!
Sitting in The Old Garage at Bauple Museum is this remarkable 1911 Girling Trade Carrier—believed to be the only surviving example in the world! And it still runs!!! 💛
This unusual three-wheeler was designed to carry goods for small tradesmen. More than a century later, its bright yellow paintwork, beautiful buttoned seat and curious design still turns heads.
Restored by Maryborough’s Ron Stephenson, it was later purchased by a local Baupleite, who drove it right here into our Old Garage….. Now that’s arriving in style! 😄
Next time you visit, take a closer look 👀 You could be standing beside the last survivor of its kind—a wonderful piece of motoring history tucked away in our little country town.
