How good does the new sign look!!!! 👀

A huge thank you to Lancewood Designs for the laser cutting and Barcaldine Welding Works for the painting and installation.

(I can’t seem to tag them, so if you are able to in the comments, please do so).

Looking fresh and future forward for 2026, which will be Barcaldine’s 140th year (the railway line was officially opened for traffic November 1886, with many buildings being transported and erected in the months before).

Time to start thinking about the 150th anniversary come 2036? 😅
