Covered verandah area available for hire overlooking Parklands. Screen, data projector, sound system all available. Run by volunteers, Bangalow Heritage House Museum is the perfect destination for locals and tourists to unwind after a shopping spree in our fantastic shops. All profits go to the Museum, all gossip must stay within town. We're proud of our history, and we're building the town's future and community.

One of 250 fascinating photographs featured in the soon-to-be-launched book, A Splash of Colour co-authored by Terry Bleakley and Heather West, with Design Consultant, Hannah Gynther.

This historical photograph captures everyday life in Bangalow during the early 20th century, showing Mrs Ernie McNiven, proudly posing outside her storefront. Photographs like this don't just show us what the town looked like; they reveal how people lived, worked and connected with one another more than a century ago. A Splash of Colour brings these remarkable archival photographs back to life, helping us see and appreciate the Bangalow of generations past.
