Rhonda Gray – Contemporary artist. Rhonda Gray is a contemporary visual artist creating works that embrace many styles. She likes to explore new ways to share her art, experimenting continually with a wide variety of mediums, techniques and content, choosing the best one to suit the task. Rhonda aims to engage the viewer by combining her realistic practice with her fluency in contemporary techniqu

es. Rhonda started drawing at a young age, completing extensive studies in painting and drawing and additional studies in sculpture. For me there is never enough time for art, you simply have to make time and come to terms with the fact that the dishes may still be in the sink in the morning. The direction of my art continually takes twists and turns and I look forward to where it may take me next. A regular exhibitor both locally and across Victoria. Rhonda has received many awards for her work; in addition her art is in numerous public and private collections. She is also regularly approached to create works on commission. Her art has been featured in numerous media including Australian Artist Magazine and she is a featured artist on the television program ‘Colour in your life’

Rhonda currently passes on her knowledge through teaching, offering regular drawing and painting classes and workshops, both locally, interstate and overseas. Her current works are a combination of realism and contemporary fantasy.
