And here's the Nicola Reavley online exhibition Moonage Daydream

An online exhibition curated by Tacit of work created for an exhibition scheduled for later in 2025 at Tacit Art. Sadly, with closing the gallery, it could not go ahead.

Nicola has been seen in a few group exhibitions with us, but Moonage Daydream was to be her first solo.

These paintings explore the interplay between architectural forms, memory and atmosphere. They draw on real locations while disrupting their representation through the use of geometric shapes that reference the sun, moon or built environment. Chance effects that arise from dripping and pouring of materials also reference the act of painting itself. The imaginary, ambiguous elements act as portals within the painting, drawing the viewer through the image in multiple ways, simultaneously creating a sense of the familiar and of the unknown.
