WINTER POEM WITH ELDERBERRIES

Yesterday at The Holland Marsh Soupfest. My soup was a top contender against restaurants and chefs schools! The event ran from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and I was sold out at around 12:30 pm so next year I will have to bring double the amount of soup for the votes to keep coming in. Take Matter Into Your Hands: This Saturday I will be making and serving soup at The Holland Marsh Soupfest. Join me on this inspirational road trip to launch #CreativeAutumn2017 . I will be offering a partner workshop in October on the language of food: Vibrant Matter. I picked up the freshly harvested ingredients so graciously donated by the Holland Marsh Growers Association.
