The PhoPa Gallery, located in the former site of the Addison Woolley Gallery on 132 Washington Avenue, Portland Maine, was founded as a collaboration among photographer Jon Edwards, independent curator Bruce Brown, and Maine Media Workshops + College (MMW+C). PhoPa has evolved to become one of Portland's premier show spaces for photography and works on paper, highlighting a wide range of Maine-based artists, including MMW+C students and faculty, in curated group and solo exhibitions.
