“not cancelled” (https://www.notcancelled.art) — the first digital Art Week in Berlin — is on now until the 18th April 🔔 @notcancelled.art

Museums, galleries, art fairs, studios — measures taken in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic are also putting the art and culture sector to the test. After the first successful edition of not cancelled in Vienna earlier in April 2020, Exhibitionary now offers the platform to 18 selected Berlin galleries. Berlin's first online Art Week makes it possible to experience contemporary art even in times like these. As a virtual meeting place, it allows participants to offer guided tours, talks and behind-the-scenes videos to provide insights into the galleries' programmes. In addition, virtual visitors are given the opportunity to get in touch with the participating galleries and request artworks directly.
With not cancelled, Berlin has a new format for art education. The week-long event offers new happenings every day on www.notcancelled.art, analogous to a real event, but online. Experience virtual tours and artist videos, interviews and making-of videos with a look behind the scenes and into the studios of renowned artists.
Participating galleries: BQ, Sandy Brown, Mehdi Chouakri, Galerie Eigen+Art, Galerie Lars Friedrich, Klemm’s, Galerie Noah Klink, KOW, Kraupa-Tuskany-Zeidler, Tanya Leighton, Galerie Tobias Naehring, neugerriemschneider, Peres Projects, PSM, Esther Schipper, Sweetwater, Wentrup and XC.Hua Gallery.
Istvan Szilagyi and Jan Winkelmann are the initiators of not cancelled. The project is made possible by the Berlin Startup Exhibitionary and its Vienna sister company, the digital agency treat.agency.
