個別差異教學的理念

本苑在教學上，一向秉著「教學方法的優劣是決定『天才』與『庸才』的重要關鍵」這樣的觀念，自成立以來，各項課程都在專業教師的規劃設計和細心觀察下，來為小孩尋找最適合個別發展學習的教學方法。
多年來，教學的經驗告訴我們，教學方法的運用，最直接影響學習成果。雖然美術教育在政府及學校不遺餘力的推展下，繪畫水準已明顯的提升，但若比起其他若干國家，顯然還有一段落差。探其究竟，不外是教育體制和升學主義影響了美術教育的落實。
