Screwdrivers My dad, Bill Boren was in the Screwdrivers hot rod club of Culver City, California. The Larsen photos provided by MaryLou Larsen.

I scanned all the photos, slides and negatives I could find and posted them in the albums here. In 1947 the Screwdrivers hot rod club of Culver City, California, was formed, My dad, Bill Boren, was a member of the Screwdrivers from 1948 to 1956. My uncle Jerry Keldrauk was also a member. I scanned my father's pictures and tags and thought there should be a page for the car club that invented the cocktail.

Program cover for the first Russetta Timing Association Car Show held in 1950. The cover features Jim "Jazzy" Nelson's sleek '27 roadster. The Sanger, California resident was a member of the Culver City Screwdrivers. Don Ferrara copped the Most Beautiful award with his '29 Ford roadster along with Joe Nitti and his '32 Ford roadster.
