Thought we would share some (shaky 😉) video of one of the Marx tin lithograph trains 🚂 in our collection. This one is special because it is printed on the inside too. This would happen if they made a mistake and instead of tossing the metal, they flipped it over to save materials.

We miss you all at the museum! We can't wait to open again.

COVID-19 CLOSURE INFORMATION:

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak in Whatcom County, our Board of Directors together with the support of our Executive Director have decided to close the museum to the public until further notice. We take this situation very seriously and believe this is the best way we can protect the health of our staff, volunteers, and visitors.
We will continue to monitor the latest developments and recommendations, and ask that you please continue to check our website for any updates.

In the meantime, we can all help by following the CDC’s steps to prevent illness. We thank you for your patience and continued support during this hard time. We send our best wishes to you and we hope to be able to see you at the museum again soon.
