New color! If you want one let me know ASAP!

Hi Everyone! It's that time of year again!
SC ornaments are available again this year and I am even adding some new colors! Custom color requests are also welcome. Ornaments make great gifts, door prizes, raffle prizes, stocking stuffers...

Ok y'all I'm SUPER excited to share this piece! The client is from India and requested elements that reminded her of home but then left the specific design up to me.
I also included a chronology of the creative process for your enjoyment.

Another custom piece finished!

Newest custom ordered monogram piece in progress! Will have black patina. Can't wait to put the irridized glass in the light.

My custom mosaic piece went home today! Can't wait to share the whole image, but since it's a gift here's a little peek :)

I have had multiple requests for an orange ornament so here y'all go! Can't imagine why...

Something colorful to go with your spring wardrobe?

New pineapple in the works! Looks bright orange in the light. Will have black solder lines.
This one is NOT YET claimed so if you want it let me know!

Necklaces in progress!

See a pattern you love but want different colors? No Problem! I just received a request for one of my pineapples and was given this pic for color inspiration. Can't wait to show it and the finished piece side by side !

Just received a custom order for a piece using a monogram that will be given as a gift to a client. Both letters and numbers can be great gift ideas if you want to give something personalized!

My student made great progress in his second session!

A lady tracked me down last night and said she had seen this piece at the show house and loved it but couldn't figure out where to incorporate it into her home. She said it had been on her mind ever since and she actually dreamed about it so she decided to redecorate her bathroom just so she could have it!

Started mosaic lessons with my first student today and he's doing great!

Dropped off all of the pieces for the Showhouse today! Lots of window art, sc ornaments, and necklaces available and 40% goes to support the Charleston Symphony Orchestra!

If this doesn't give you spring fever...

Working on some super cool mirrors! Will have black patina and black frame.

Workin' on some super cool mirrors! Will have black patina and black frame.

Fun glass fact: pinks and reds are made using gold. Yes, like gold bar gold. Thus they cost significantly more to make and are used much less frequently than any other color.
This particular piece of red and orange glass has been irridized for a fun reflective look.

More progress! This one will have copper patina solder and black frame.

This is a little more bold than I'm used to doing but I really like it!

Gotta love those charleston pineapples!

This piece is a great example of how beautifully different the light can make the glass appear. It's like having two pieces in one!

Making the most of my extra day!

Another new original pattern in progress!

Had to share cause I'm so excited about this glass! Gorgeous in light or darkness. In the light it glows in bright pastels and looks totally different. Will be finished in black patina to give it that extra bit of drama.

Another bevel cluster piece has begun! This one will be quite large at 29"x19"!

Necklace pendants in progress. Excited about this vibrant spring color!

Working every spare minute on pieces for the show! This is a new original pattern I'm working on - the glass is more of a coral pink in person and looks gorgeous in the sunlight!

Love! This big boy measures in at 14"x18". You really must see this one in person - the camera can't show how beautifully the light affects the blue water glass and makes the whole piece glow.

Want to see my art displayed in person? I am excited to announce that my art will be a part of the boutique in the Charleston Symphony Orchestra League 2016 Show House at 157 Wentworth St! The house will be open for tours from March 16 - April 18 and tickets are $25. Tickets fees go to support the orchestra as well as 40% of my sales!

The grouting process is going well! Love how these pieces came together.

First trial run with professional grade Prism grout is going well so far! Taking the tape off and then will let the piece dry overnight before giving it a final polish and adding the chain hooks.
