So I’d describe myself as an artist who explores the themes of mental illness, addictions and love.
I like to create art that gives one the opportunity to explore their own inner demons and see this as an universal journey.
When I paint, I often have a archetypal figure in mind i.e angel, devil or hero or a character from a classic novel such as Dorian grey.
I find painting a cathartic experience where I understand more about my emotions. I’ve struggled with mental illness and alcoholism and through art have rescued myself.
