***Live/Work Space Alert**
Hello! There is an apartment for rent adjacent to the former gallery space known as Macklind Appliance (now a sculptor's studio). This seemed like a normal situation until we realized the apartment rental could include ***an on-site clay studio*** for anyone interested in having studio space and kiln use for ceramics (along with comfortable digs in South St. Louis.)

Gary Passanise’s Chapel Light is part of a group exhibition opening this Saturday, April 9, 10am to 2pm. The exhibition features work by friends of Colorbridge Art and Macklind Appliance. from a series of works on posters from 1965, Noland repeatedly acquires duplicate copies of a single National Geographic magazine to complete each work. (from the feature titled “Attention Escapists”.)

Looking at this project with a wider lens: “Rebuilding with New Language” is the on-going opportunity Macklind Appliance and its sister organization, , aim to provide the St. Louis Community.

Works in quilting, painting, photography, language, lithography, drawing and collage from Tasha Burton, Eugenia Alexander, Tiffany Sutton, Laura Nugent, Gary Passanise, Wyndi DeSouza, Garry Noland and Stan Chisholm.

Tiffany Sutton's Woman Sitting on Son’s Bed, 2020.

Sutton welcomes rich and deep hue into her portraiture. Her multiple exposure photography captures varied dispositions of each individual; and in this work: a nod to the complexity of parent and motherhood in the 21st Century and the crucial role it plays within the familial blueprint.
