One more great solar eclipse photo for you!

This is a series of pictures of the moon eclipse in the sun from Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah!

In 1923, Bryce Canyon experienced a partial eclipse during a total solar eclipse that passed along the Pacific coast. Now during their centennial year, they’ve now come “full circle” with yesterday’s “Ring of Fire” eclipse.

Bryce Canyon won’t be in the direct path of another eclipse for hundreds of years.

Photo Note: This composite image was created by combining an unfiltered vertical image taken during the first half of the eclipse with 11 solar-filtered images of the sun taken at 15-minute intervals throughout the eclipse. It is not possible to view an annular eclipse event without a solar filter. This composite image is intended as a love letter to the landscape, astronomy, and memories woven together by this eclipse.

Dragon 2 for an upcoming video! Once again using Honeybeests new prompt lists!

This is a SeaLantern! A Seawing,Silkwing,Hivewing Tribrid! I dont have much lore for them- They are the child of a lost seawing and a VERY unlikely hybrid that was trying to escape the hivewings by hiding on the coast. SeaLantern is a treasure hunter always investigating scavengers and the history of the dragon world. They arnt very fast on land and arnt the best flier but they are a great swimmer! They can breathe underwater,and can sense vibrations through the antenna on their head!

One of 3 dragon designs for an upcoming video! (May let you guys adopt some in the future but for now here's a showcase!) This character is set in the world of Wings of Fire by Tui.T.Sutherland

Time spent drawing: 12 hours 27 minutes(not counting concepts and time spent figuring out ☆lore☆)

Anglerfish is a Rainwing Icewing hybrid! They have ice breath and a cursed Earring,said Earring is enchanted to keep them trapped in the northern wastes of the icewing kingdom. Angler was the child of a rogue icewing and a rainwing that decided to explore the continent.
When Angler grew up they attempted to sneak into the ice kingdom and get a glimpse of what life could have been in the cold world their Icewing parent lived in. However icewings find hybrids extremely taboo,and as threats,since they can get through the glacier barrier keeping their kingdom safe. So when the icewing gaurds discovered a clearly non-icewing dragon wandering the tundra,they captured Angler and took them to the ice palace where they were given the Earring and then suddenly found themselves bound in chains of ice and being dragged off through the snow.

I apologize for any errors in the post I'll fix them if I notice them! Feel free to comment out pointers for lore or character designs you guys would like to see! And your opinions on this one!

|Character Showcase:| Amethyst

|Name:| Amethyst The Goddess of Death

|Age:| Has existed since the beginning of the universe.

|Description:|
A large shape shifting purple creature,har base form is that of a bipedal draconic creature with visible bones and rotting skin yet she smells of Lavender. She has two skeletal wings with leathery skin covering them. Herr tail is all bone with a tuft of fur covering the end of it. She has a total of 4 horns,two smaller pointed ones and two longer curved horns that go behind her head.

|Personality:| Over analytical,somewhat dreary,and always appears tired. She tends to point out the darker reality of all situations.

|Powers/Abilities:|

Shape-shifting: able to transform into various symbols of death (such as,Crows,Ravens,Bats,Vultures,Owls,Cats,Snakes,and etc) and into a human form.

Soul manipulation: She takes souls from the realm of the living to the afterlife wherever their fate decides they should go she takes them there. Until then she can trap souls inside objects. Crystals,weapons,armor,anything will do. She can still communicate with them and hear them though living beings can not hear them once they pass on unless events allow so. She can also consume souls if they do not find a suitable place in the afterlife or are deemed to dangerous to give a chance in any alternative realm.

Breath Attack: She can breath out blasts of necrotic energy in the form of a blast of 'flame' that kills off living energy and causes dangerous levels of decay. It takes about five minutes for her to build up enough energy to use this Attack and after 3 uses of the high focused Attack begins to destroy her throat. She can also use this ability in smaller doses leaking out a glowing smoke that is incredibly toxic if breathed in or absorbed.

Basic attacks and skills are also applied though they very depending on her physical form.

|Weaknesses:|

Her eyesight. She has limited vision only able to see things that are further away (Farsightedness ).

Her soul. Any attack that would take energy from her physical body would do three times more damage draining her soul itself. She tends to avoid this by finishing battles quickly.

Any weakness that her physical form would have: such as breaking her wings in a bird form.

|Family:|

She has 3 siblings that symbolize Vengeance,Peace,And Fate.

Her parents are Time and Light. Though she never met her mother she was raised by her father,Time,with her brother Vengeance.

Wow. This is Sunday nights 99.9% waxing moon rise over Mount Rainier. The incredible capture was by Debbie Heyer. She said, “It was so cool watching it roll up the left side of the mountain.”

Mount Rainier, also known as Tahoma, is a large active stratovolcano in the Cascade Range of the Pacific Northwest in the United States. The mountain is located in Mount Rainier National Park about 59 miles south-southeast of Seattle.

I've had little luck finding good bases for Crocodiles so I made one myself! It's F2u (Free too use) just keep my watermarks on it!
