Lynn Shue, owner of Village Gallery, is busy hanging the 2022 Official Lahaina Poster Contest submissions! It already looks amazing but imagine when all 40 art pieces are on display!

Come see them all tonight at the opening reception when we will announce the winner of the contest. If you can’t make it tonight, the show will run through Friday, December 3rd at The Village Galleries at 120 Dickenson St. in LahainaTown.

Aloha,

We are inviting you to a Zoom meeting on Saturday, May 8 at 2 pm to join a community discussion about the future use of the Pioneer Mill Office building on Lahainaluna Rd.

At this time, we are ONLY talking about what type of activities the community would like to see happen in the building. There are currently no plans or funds to restore the building, but we are reaching out to the community to find out how they would like to see the building used in the future.

Two upcoming Pioneer Mill Office community planning meetings via Zoom will be held on Wednesday, April 21, at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, May 8, at 2 p.m.

SMALL TOWN * BIG ART unveiled its latest public art in Wailuku: large-scale replicas of three oil painted portraits by Maui-based artist Avi Molinas. The painted portraits are of Wailuku icons Hōkūlani Holt, Judge Noa (Auwae) Kepoikai and Rose (Daniels) Kepoikai.
