Oak Glen School House Museum - Historic Oak Glen Schoolhouse One room schoolhouse built in 1927 in a park setting. Museum open weekends from noon to 4 pm. The park is open daylight hours only.
One Room Schoolhouse built in 1927 used until 1965 Closed: December Usual Hours: Saturday and Sunday 12pm-4pm September - Thanksgiving Week: Wednesday -Sunday 12pm-4pm.


Thank you to everyone who has used and donated books to our Little Free Library. One good thing we can do at home is read!


We've reopened our Parking areas, Dog Park, Tennis Court, and Restrooms!

Still closed are the museums, gazebo, pavilion, and playground.


Beginning April 1, 2020, the Museum and Park will be closed until further notice. We will check phone messages, and keep you posted as to when we might return.


The School Museum will be closed through March 31st. The park will remain open. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Adult Divisions (18 & Up) and Junior Divisions (10-17)
Contestants are to prepare and bake their entries at home and bring them with their entry forms (below) to the "Baking Contest" booth at Riley's at Los Rios Rancho
Sunday April 19th between 12:00pm and 12:30pm
Prizes will include gifts, gift baskets and certificates provided by Oak Glen Apple Growers and Merchants

Scholarship Opportunity!!
Apple Blossom Festival is coming in April and Oak Glen is looking for young ladies, aged 13-18 to join the Oak Glen Apple Growers Association and be a part of the Apple Blossom Queen Scholarship program. Competitions will take place April 17 and 18 and the winner will be awarded a $700 scholastic award and ambassadorship to our community.

A reminder...the museum hours will vary today, Sat. Feb. 8th. Diana is attending a memorial service and will try to open the museum afterward. Thanks for your understanding.

The park at the Schoolhouse Museum will likely be closed the rest of December. We've had so many trees, branches and limbs fall throughout the park, we've closed the gates until tree crews can cut and clear the areas. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

REMINDER...The Museum will close Nov. 25th for the year. It will reopen on Jan.4th, 2020.
