7 Days of STEM is Youngstown’s Regional Science Festival powered by OH WOW! The Roger & Gloria Jones Children’s Center for Science & Technology. The 7-day celebration of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) is meant to provide:
• A variety of hands-on, interactive learning opportunities rooted in STEM,
• Showcase STEM organizations, professionals and businesses in the region,
• Excite innovative thinking in explorers of all ages in the greater Mahoning Valley and beyond

YPLC is hosting a free Techie to Trekkie Trivia Night inside The Confluence (214 E Washington St, New Castle) at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 20.
Three rounds of trivia questions will focus on sci-fi movies, current trends in technology, and more.
Attendees may participate as an individual or as part of a team. Prizes will be awarded to those ending the event in first, second, and third place, plus a special prize for the attendee with the nerdiest T-shirt.
The event is open to anyone over the age of 21.
Cell phone usage during play is strictly prohibited.
The YPLC mission is to inspire Lawrence County young professionals and entrepreneurs to spark community connections, learning, and leadership.
