Historic family farm - house built in 1889 by Hulda's parents
A non-profit organization created to preserve the Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens and premises in Cowlitz County, Washington, as a unique historic, architectural and horicultural site and landscape for the literary, scientific, educational and cultural benefit of the public. Also to promote a knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the historical hertiage of the state of Washington.

The gardens are open every day of the year to the public and there is a $3.00 per person donation to enter. During lilac days, the fee is $5.00 per person. There is a donation box just inside the front gate. This helps maintain the gardens for all to see.
