Washed Ashore Installation

We're only 3 days away from opening day of Washed Ashore! We've been busy installing all of the sculptures and we can't wait for everyone to come see this awesome exhibit while it's here at Botanica from May 14-October 23! Featured in this install sneak peek is Belle Blue Jelly, which can be found in the Koch Carousel Gardens! Mother's Day at Botanica

Mother's Day is this Sunday, May 8th! Join us from 11am-5pm as we celebrate all of the amazing moms out there! Moms admission is free.🌸 Celebrate Mom this Mother’s Day with a family outing and enjoy multicultural performances by the Wichita Asian Association as you walk through the gardens at Botanica. While supplies last, the Association will also be providing samples from around the Asian continent at multiple stations, as well as a Henna experience for a suggested donation, all within the Chinese Garden. Mimosas will be available for purchase at the Mom-osa Bar and food trucks including Neives Mexican Grill, Hot 2 Trot and Noble House will be standing by to make sure Mom can enjoy a delicious meal on her special day. Moms and Members receive free admission into the gardens and there is general admission pricing for all other visitors. Easter Egg Hunt

Hop on over to our Easter Egg Hunt TOMORROW, April 9th from 3-5pm! The Easter bunny will be hiding thousands of eggs in the Downing Children's Garden for the Children of Botanica! Gather in the Children’s garden meadow at 3 pm for a fun-filled afternoon of games, crafts, a petting zoo, and an Egg-stra special Easter Egg Hunt.🐰 Kids will hunt in two age groups. Ages 5 and Under at 3:00pm -this age group is now SOLD OUT Ages 6 to 11 at 4:00pm Price: $10/adult and $20/child Pre-registration is required and early sign-up is encouraged due to limited tickets. Eeeek! Our Tulip Festival starts this weekend! Who's ready?🌷 Join us on April 2nd, 9th, and 16th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm! Our gardens will feature over 66,000 tulips with over 110 varieties, 31 of which have never been grown at Botanica before. It will be a sight to see!
