Anticipation

Last year, the bees loved to sleep underneath these flowers. Yesterday, I watched them scope out these buds (along with the dragonflies and other pollinators). We all await their opening up, bringing months of comfort and joy.

I’ll post the sleeping bees so you can see the adorableness.
